Meet Your Hosts
Tim Stevens, David Whiting, and Holly Tate bring a rare combination of executive leadership, church health expertise, and practical strategy to churches navigating growth and transition.
Tim has served as Executive Pastor at Granger Church and Willow Creek and previously led consulting at Vanderbloemen. David brings decades of pastoral leadership and consulting experience, including leading growing and multisite churches and coaching pastors through succession, board leadership, and organizational health. Holly has spent nearly fifteen years helping organizations align strategy, structure, and culture through her work at Vanderbloemen, Leadr, The Ready Network, and LeadingSmart.
Together, they combine practical wisdom and proven frameworks to help churches build healthy teams, navigate change, and lead with clarity and care.
