Tim Stevens and Holly Tate bring a rare combination of experience, strategy, and heart to the work of leading churches through seasons of growth and transition.
Tim is the founder of LeadingSmart and a strategic advisor to churches across the country. He served as Executive Pastor at Granger Church, shaped hiring strategy as VP of Consulting at Vanderbloemen, and helped rebuild Willow Creek as Executive Pastor of Culture & Campuses.
Holly has been advising churches for nearly fifteen years, serving as VP of Marketing at Vanderbloemen, Chief Marketing & Services Officer at Leadr, founder of The Ready Network, and Senior Consultant at LeadingSmart, where she helps leaders align strategy, structure, and culture for sustainable growth.

We recommend watching one lesson at a time during a regular board meeting, board development session, or watching the entire course at a board retreat. Each lesson is 15–20 minutes and includes reflection questions, a workbook section, and a practical tool so your board can discuss and apply the content together.

You can watch the lessons in any order and return to them as many times as you’d like. Your purchase includes lifetime access.
That said, we did design the Masterclass to build lesson by lesson, so generally, we recommend watching them in order the first time through. After that, you can revisit specific lessons anytime your board needs a refresher or wants to go deeper on a particular topic.
