Tim is a transformational leader with more than three decades of experience as a Senior Pastor and church consultant. His strategic mindset and empowering leadership have been central to a ministry focused on helping churches grow in health, mission, and impact. Throughout his journey, he has led efforts in revitalization, multi-site development, global partnerships, and organizational renewal—all aimed at strengthening local churches and their leaders.

Tim has a proven record of guiding congregations through transformational seasons, including staffing transitions, leadership succession, and structural realignment. Under his leadership, a once-plateaued congregation was revitalized—launching new campuses, planting a church, and founding one of the region’s largest nonprofit, no-cost food pantries. His global work has fostered innovative church partnerships rooted in compassion, generosity, and mission.

As an experienced consultant, Tim has advised senior pastors and church boards through more than 150 consulting engagements, helping them gain clarity, strengthen leadership, and build organizational health. His emphasis on developing empowered teams and authentic, relational staff cultures brings stability and unity to complex ministry environments.

Based in Michigan with his wife, Debby, Tim enjoys time with their growing family, cheering on Michigan football, and staying active. Whether coaching pastors, cultivating healthy leadership cultures, or guiding churches through seasons of transition, Tim remains devoted to helping congregations thrive both spiritually and numerically through mission-driven leadership.
