Spent the last several hours paying bills while listening to Sirius channel 21 Alt Nation. Here are some songs that stuck out to me...

• Hey There Delilah by Plain White T's -- what woman wouldn't want her man to write a song like this about her?
• Rooftops by LostProphets -- a great song about leaving your mark and living with no regrets.
• Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol - my wife's favorite song. It is also notable that my 6-year old can sing it word-for-word.
• The River by Good Charlotte -- a tremendous song about taking a step in the right direction. Doesn't matter what you've done, which way are your feet pointing?

I think all of these could be used in a weekend service to introduce a thematic topic.
