Creative Infusion Conference - Session 2

Claudia Dupin (wife of senior pastor Wes Dupin) is the program director at Daybreak. She started with a question: “Have we created an amazing moment to engage the heart and soul?”

·         Do we love God more than we love our art?

·         How do we respond when the art we created is pulled from the programming at the last minute?

Creating a moment means to connect to people’s hearts and heads.

Stories are powerful, but must be clear, compelling, understanding and believable.

The Daybreak artists ended with a presentation of the Family Portrait drama that our team wrote a couple of years ago. It is always cool to see other churches take stuff we’ve done, make it better for their setting, and use it to impact more people!
