Marcus Buckingham on The Today Show

Yesterday morning Marcus Buckingham was on the Today Show talking about his Strengths Revolution tour. Marcus is one of those rare people who is a genius at writing AND a great communicator. Plus--he actually has great content. One of the core beliefs we have at Granger related to volunteers is to help them figure out how God has wired them (i.e. strengths), and match a ministry to that. Marcus is teaching this principle on his cross-country tour.
