Staffing & Structure Workshop

On Friday I had the opportunity to spend the day with 25 church leaders from as far away as Pennsylvania and Tennessee. I taught about church structure, hiring, firing, compensation, finances, budgeting, alignment and conflict. I also brought in a surprise guest after lunch, our own Mark Beeson, who spent 75-minutes sharing insight from his extensive leadership experience.

All in all, a good day.
