Interview with Atlanta Newspaper #6 of 6
This is the sixth and final question that reporter Jill Vejnoska from the Atlanta Journal Constitution asked me in an interview for a story about the portrayal of Christians in this fall's new television shows:
Jill: "What is TV still not doing adequately in this area?"
Tim: "I think one of the reasons that movie sales are decreasing is because of the increased quality of programming on TV. Now I can sit at home and watch quality entertainment on my large-screen TV in high-def without a 14-year old kid sitting behind me rattling his popcorn bag and talking to his friends. It is harder all the time to drive to the theater for a lesser experience. So Iād love to see TV shows continue to raise real life issues and bring topics of values and faith into the mainstream of conversation."
