Let Your Designers Design

I've worked with scores of designers over the years for printed material, web sites, and facilities. Some of these have been professionals who have been donating their services as a volunteer, and others have been paid consultants. More recently, they have been staff members on my team.

I love the list that Seth Godin provides on "things your design team wishes you would know." It's advice that any leader could learn from, and one that my team will probably be glad that I read!
