It's a New Day

I love the information age. I can get fresh, unfiltered news and information from anywhere in the world at any time with the click of the button.

Even with this Israeli/Hezbollah war that is front and center in the news, the most interesting reporting I'm reading is on the blog of a young lady, Manamania, who lives in Beirut and reports on the bombs whirring by her window and the helicopters over her apartment. It makes sense to me to hear not just the facts, but the way it is having an impact on real people in real places.
