This is an Invitation-Only gathering. We are only inviting churches with 10k or more in attendance.
This is not a conference. This is a gathering of about 40 leaders – large enough to get a ton of ideas from a variety of leaders, and small enough you'll be able to hear from everyone.
No talking heads. No experts in the room. You are the experts.
This is not about teaching you something you don't know. This is about finding the wisdom in the room and learning from each other.
It is confidential. No recordings. No social media. You can be as open as you want about the challenges you are facing.
Intentional margin for community, conversation, and connection with peers -- other leaders in the same seat as you at churches of similar size.
