Leading With Clarity: Announcing Holly Tate as Consultant & Executive Coach

I met Holly Tate for the first time when I was interviewing to join the team at Vanderbloemen. It didn’t take long for me to realize she had a rare combination of strategic thinking, a deep love for the church, and an ability to move teams toward action.

For the past four and a half years, Holly has been a trusted partner behind the scenes at LeadingSmart—helping us serve churches and leaders with excellence. From advising me on strategic initiatives, helping launch and scale our virtual Executive Pastor Monthly Cohort, and cohosting our LeadingSmart Gatherings for executive leaders, she has made a significant impact already as my most valued business advisor to LeadingSmart.

Today, I’m thrilled to share that Holly is stepping into an even bigger role with us as a LeadingSmart Consultant & Executive Coach.

In this new season, Holly will not only continue to help us grow through business development efforts, but she will also be offering Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning Consulting, Leadership Development Consulting, and Working Genius Facilitations directly to the churches and leaders we serve.
