Brand New Conference Announced
I love out-of-the-box thinking. I love creativity and innovation. And I love people who get so frustrated with the "normal" they create something new. One of those guys is Ben Arment.
Ben has long been one of my favorite bloggers, and awhile back he shared his frustration with the training that is available for church leaders. So what did he do? He came up with what he thought would be the perfect conference scenario, found some sponsors and an ideal location, and set a date.

Write down the date, May 22, 2008. You can't even sign up until early January, and the seating is limited, but I think this one is going to fill up fast.
Who are the 8 speakers? Well, I can't tell you all of them yet, because I'm sworn to secrecy...but I get to be one of them. I'm humbled and jazzed. I'm not a world-class speaker like the other 7 on the line-up...but that's why it is great there are 8 speakers. Even if 1 of them is bad...you only wasted 30 minutes!
