Can I send you a book or product to review on your blog?

Because of the number of requests like this, I’m unable to make a guarantee to a publisher or author that I will review a book on LeadingSmart.com. There are occasions that I read books and post an honest review. Other times I will receive a book and pass it along to another blogger on my team who might have time to read and publish a review. And sometimes, the priority of my ministry at Granger and with my family precludes me from any type of timely review.

So the short answer is, YES, as long as you are okay sending the book without expectation—you can send it to me at the address below.

Can you come speak at my church or event?

Possibly. A few things you should know before submitting your request:

1. I’m very clear on my priorities. Family first, then my local ministry at Granger, and after that any opportunities like speaking. That means I don’t say ‘yes’ to every request and I limit my time away.
2. I’m very clear on my strengths and weaknesses. I’m not a professional speaker, nor am I an expert in very many areas. Therefore I will tell you if I think I’m not a good fit for your event.
3. I have a team around me who help me filter opportunities that come along. That’s why I use a speaker request form which helps gather all the information we need to make a good decision.
