Yes indeed, transition is always around the corner. If it isn&#039;t we&#039;re dead. 
 
I&#039;ve identified key influencer&#039;s and change agents that I visit BEFORE initiating change.  I can&#039;t believe it took me so long to figure this out.  You should have written this years ago.  ;-)

		<description>Thanks for posting this.  All too often, failure to communicate can very well lead to misinformation.  I&#039;m glad you make mention of the need for a communication strategy.  I have found that the lack of communication around any type of change can lead to questions around vision, strategy and overall mission.  Even when these things can be very clearly thought out, if not communicated well AND often can lead to the failure of that vision.
