		<description>Just pointing out what if think wasn&#039;t mentioned but is obvious. The truth is that as leaders accepting your share of the blame is part of you leadership responsibilities. Because we are at fault. I find myself figuring out  I could have better managed the people when giving out their responsibilities. There is always something you could have done better if your people drop the ball. So when you include yourself in the blame it is the truth that we stand behind. We have a good group, we usually fight over the having responsibility rather than point the blame.

Accepting personal responsibility and accountability is a prime requirement to being an effective leader.  I teach my leaders to live by this credo,&quot;A true leader accepts the blame and gives the Credit&quot; Many have it backwards.
