Humble people are like that, despite wanting to throw TD's. If you can forgive yourself the mistake, and try again, you win a lot more. 2) "In that moment, you need strict accountability. Saying "I blew it" to MY team is just as critical to keep them believing in the future together. Great Link Tim. Two popping comments:
