1) I remember how many interceptions I threw, but now how many touchdowns. Humble people are like that, despite wanting to throw TD&#039;s. If you can forgive yourself the mistake, and try again, you win a lot more.  
2) &quot;In that moment, you need strict accountability. Saying &quot;I blew it&quot; to MY team is just as critical to keep them believing in the future together.
